The following help pages contain documentation and some problem solving techniques to resolve minor issues dealing with the ASW program.
It is recommended that when you receive a program error, you should do a screen print and print out the copy for your records. It also helps when you note which menu you were in that created this error. A short description will also help our technical support staff to find resolve the issue.
